This module can handle all transactions of stock
items in order to provide up-to date information
of stock quantity and costing. Moreover, there
are many reports monitoring the stock activities
for assisting to plan the business reducing
slow-movement stock items. |

Reference No. can be auto generated or manually entered
by the user depending on the option set in the Group
Master. |
|
Master entries for Group, Unit, Shape, Color, Clarity
and Size can be created from the Stock Information screen. |

The Group, Unit, Supplier, Description, Supplier Reference,
Stock Type, Shape, Color, Clarity and Size values can
be set in the Stock Information. |

Reference No. can be automatically generated for the
Stock Item on the basis of Quality, Shape and Size. |
|
Filtering of the records on Ref. No., Group or Description
can be done with the help of the Filter option. |

Searching of records can be easily done by providing
the Ref. No. |
|
Displays the Opening, In, Out and Closing Stock Information
for the Stock Item. |
|
Amount is automatically calculated in Dual Currency. |
|
Rate and Amount is displayed in Thai Baht and US$ both.
|

Consignment information is also displayed for the stock
item. |

Allows to specify values for Our Rate, Our Amount, Plus
%, Rap. Price and Market Value for the Stock Item. |

for displaying Rate in Thai Baht and in US$ after adding
the Plus % is given. |

displays the Stock details in a columnar format / list

entering and displaying of Location details for the
Stock Item. |

Allows to set picture for the stock item and also enter

the purchase and sales transactions for the stock item
are automatically adjusted in the Stock Information. |

Provides the Preview and Report options to get the full
details of the transactions done and report of the stock
item and zoom upto voucher level. |

provided the option of creating and printing Labels.

Modify and Delete options are provided for the manipulation

can be generated for the specified period of time and
for the selected stock items. |

Groupwise report can be generated and printed as per
the user requirements. |
